Deploy to k3s / deploy (push) Failing after 20s Details 
- Add GIT_USER, GIT_PASS, GIT_REMOTE_URL variables
- Make auto-login mandatory rule
- Reference ~/.secrets/credentials.env for all auth

- Document ~/.secrets/credentials.env usage
- Add auto-login examples for Gitea, API, and K3s
- Update namespace from student-enrollment to academia
- Remove CLAUDE.md from .gitignore to track in repo
